I am fortunate enough that my latest work trip included my boyfriend! So we went around exploring and found some awesome spots.

Next we headed over to get some lunch at Spitz 35 Broadway, Salt Lake City, UT which had amazing food. I got the Mediterranean Doner and the street cart fries ( fries with garlic aioli, feta, onion, green pepper, tomato, olives, and pepperoncinis) Soooo good!! We also got a bottle of champagne and orange juice since we were brucnhing.
We wanted to see Temple Square as well since it’s a huge part of what makes Utah special. The architecture was incredible, can’t believe it took over forty years to build!
I found the cutest shop on Instagram called Gigi Pip Hat Shop - 361 W 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT so we had to stop by!
Over by the Capital they had a trail so we ventured down and they had some memorials that were totally worth checking out!
and then here’s a couple we took because the landscape is beautiful here. The mountains, snow, sunsets, all of it!
